Standard delivery is currently free on all orders to the UK.

We are not medically trained and make no false promises to cure any disease or illness and would always recommend consulting your doctor (or vet for animals) if you need professional advise ar diagnosis. We would never reccomend stopping any course of prescribed treatment unless you consult a medical specialist and they advise it is safe to do so. Payment
Preferred payment is via paypal by credit or debit card. Payment by cheque is also accepted and order will be despatched upon funds clearing through our account. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs N Cunningham and sent to our registered address.

Delivery
Standard delivery rates are for UK mainland deliveries. For deliveries outside of the UK or non-mainland addresses, please contact us to discuss delivery charges. We will normally ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds using Royal Mail. If goods are out of stock we will back order them for you. If despatch is likely to take more than 10 working days from receipt of cleared funds we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order. Lost Parcels. In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing a parcel we will replace it without charge. You must advise us in writing that you have not received the parcel 14 days after our despatch date, we will then re-despatch the order. Damaged parcels. We have very few problems with damages as our packages are well wrapped, however if you find your parcel has been damaged in the post please advise us in writing as soon as possible so that we can replace any damaged product for you. We will need you to return the damaged packaging and its contents to us.

Returns
All orders carry a 60 day money back guarantee. If a product does not meet your expectations please return it to us along with your recipt. We are unable to re-imburse delivery charges for returns.

Errors & Omissions
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all information on our site is accurate and up to date we cannot accept liability for errors and omissions that may occur from time to time.
